Frank J. Moncher, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist with extensive experience in vocational assessment for seminaries and religious communities. His work integrates Catholic Christian anthropology with clinical psychology practice, drawing on foundational concepts of human dignity, freedom, virtue, relationships, and suffering. Dr. Moncher has lectured on personality disorders in the context of vocational screening, the psychology of same-sex attraction from multiple theoretical perspectives, and the role of psychologists in Catholic marriage tribunal assessments. He has served the Catholic Diocese of Arlington and contributed to the training of mental health professionals at the Institute for Psychological Sciences (now Divine Mercy University).
